Rod Network Conveyor Belts:Also known as Flat Flex Conveyor Belt.It is made of left and right spiral wires cross-woven to form a continuous “Y”-shaped wave structure, and the mesh is regular rhombus or hexagonal. Its design combines high strength, air permeability and deformation resistance, and is suitable for high temperature, heavy load and precision conveying scenarios. The wave structure disperses stress, and the tensile strength is more than 30% higher than that of ordinary woven mesh belts. The mesh permeability is ≥60%, and it is often used in cooling, frying, baking, drying, heating, decoration, powder coating and packaging equipment for light weight products. Stainless steel 304, stainless steel 316, stainless steel 310S or Inconel alloy (temperature resistance up to 1200℃) is mostly used.
Product Features
Smooth operation and low noise, the wave structure reduces the risk of mesh belt deviation and keeps the conveying track stable.
Low friction transmission: Smooth engagement with the sprocket, noise is reduced by more than 20% compared with traditional mesh belts.
Smooth surface: Reduces material adhesion (such as sticky food, resin), and is convenient for high-pressure water gun or ultrasonic cleaning.
Application
Food processing industry: used for cooling equipment, drying equipment, bread production equipment, product processing equipment, etc.
Pharmaceutical industry: used for drug drying, sterilization and other production lines
Building materials industry: used for drying gypsum boards and cement products.
Automotive industry: used for parts heat treatment and coating production lines.
