How To Accurately Connect The Herringbone Mesh Belt And Blocking Plate?

01 Preparation before mesh belt docking

With its structural stability and material interception advantages, the herringbone mesh belt with blocking plates needs to clarify several key components before docking.

02 Mesh belt docking practical operation


Step 1: Clarify the "Parts List"

After receiving the herringbone mesh belt with blocking plate to be docked, first identify the structure of the "head" and "tail".


At this point, it is necessary to remove the long straps from the factory and classify them into "long" and "short" categories.


When docking, one long threading strip and three short threading strips are required. Pre classification can avoid confusion in subsequent operations.


Step 2: Spiral meshing, connecting the foundation

Move the positive spiral part of the mesh belt to the docking end, pick up the short threading strip, and thread it through the corner of the mesh belt to achieve preliminary engagement of the positive and negative spirals.


This step requires patient operation to ensure that the two short threading strips are evenly inserted, so that the spiral structure of the mesh belt is tightly interlocked, laying a solid foundation for subsequent blocking docking.


Step 3: Align the blocking plate and accurately connect it

After removing the long threading strip, align the blocking plate according to the principle of "hole to hole", and thread the long threading strip through the circular hole of the blocking plate, penetrating the entire docking area.


This process requires careful adjustment of the stopper position to ensure that each hole is accurately aligned, avoiding the mesh belt from running stuck due to misalignment.


Step 4: Reinforcement molding for long-lasting stability

Place a gasket in the direction of the stopper docking, and use an argon arc welding machine to firmly weld the gasket to the mesh belt and stopper.


After welding is completed, use pliers to bend the end of the strip and further reinforce the connection to prevent the strip from falling off during operation.
