Rod Network Conveyor Belts Made of interlaced left and right spiral metal wires, forming a continuous "Z"-shaped wave structure with regular rhomboid or hexagonal mesh openings. Its design combines high strength, breathability, and resistance to deformation, making it suitable for high-temperature, heavy-duty, and precision conveying applications. The wave structure disperses stress, resulting in tensile strength more than 30% higher than ordinary woven conveyor belts. With a mesh permeability ≥60%, it is frequently used in cooling, frying, baking, drying, heating, decorating, coating, and packaging equipment for lightweight products. It is typically made of 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, 310S stainless steel, or Inconel alloy (temperature resistance up to 1200℃).
